Yanti was my travel guide partner from Matsya and she made sure every small bit is taken care of. Every morning i used to wake up with a suggested itenary on whatsapp from her with things to take care of during the day. She has been very helpful in providing all necessary information about currency exchange, stays, places to visit, Timings and understood our requirements perfectly.

Our driver was Putu, who was a happy go lucky fellow. He was always on time and flexible with our itenary. He used to drive us to anywhere we asked, and assisted my father wherever required. We felt as of he is a part of the family. He clicked some nice pictures of us as well.

I will recommend Matsya to whoever goes to Bali, as it is a one stop shop for all your concerns and services.

We went to Bali for our first honeymoon, planned everything through Matsya Bali Tour, we had no reference of friends we had found online with good reviews, So here goes my review to give another review back to the community, to choose this “Matsya Bali tour” Conversation was very friendly, They gave us clear receipts and built our trust
All the hotels were booked in advance we went there not as regular honeymoon couples where they mostly stay and chill in few beaches.

The whole experience was amazing. Booked a driver from Matsya Bali management and we got the best driver name Eka Wira. He is always on time and attentive to our last minute request. Eka recommended us to places that suits our budgets in which turns out to be better and cheaper than our usual plan.

For example,

1. We did not know of Alas Harum and Taman Inspirasi (we manage to do horse riding which was our first time) #bucketlischecked.
   
   
2. Upon arrival we went to get Sim Card in which we encountered activation issues the next day. Eka helped to bring back the sim card to the shop and fixed the issue for us.
   
   
3. He always entertained us with jokes and asked how our day was. Aside from that, he also have good mannerism in terms of opening the door and asking if the aircond is cold enough for us after spending a long day under the sun.
   
   
4. Besides that, his driving skill is on top notch as we felt safe compared to other drivers.

Thanks to Eka’s helpfulness and recommendations, we had the best experience during this bali trip. He deserve much appreciation and will recommend him to our friends who will be visiting Bali soon.
